COVID-19 and MSUS

Organization has played a role of advisor to the district administration and in the Welfare Measures Task Force created by the administration. MSUS, through its volunteers, was also responsible for the containment of COVID-19 in the villages which was expected to spread due to the onset of migrants. 

The organization has also distributed essential kits to the deprived to ensure their food security. COVID-19 essentials kits comprising mask and  sanitizers were also distributed to the children and the villagers involved in selling of essential items.

SURAKSHIT HUM, SURAKSHIT TUM ABHIYAN

MSUS as a partner with district administration and Piramal Foundation is sincerely involved in Surakshit Hum, Surakshit Tum Abhiyan, an initiative by NITI Ayog in Aspirational Districts. The objective of this Abhiyan is "to capacitate Frontline Workers" for "Home care of Patients and Proper use of Oxygen Concentrators and Community mobilization for COVID-19 Vaccination". The Organization is responsible for three blocks of the district: Manatu, Tarhasi, Panki and Satbarwa.
